At Synergi.Christmas, operated by CLASSIC MAN LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made products, and final sale items (e.g., clearance).
2. Refund Process
Inspection Required: Returns must be received and inspected before approval.
Approved Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (timing varies by bank/payment provider).
Store Credit: Option available upon request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or wear.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Original shipping fees (unless due to our error).
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@synergi.christmas with:
Your order number.
Reason for return and photos (if applicable for damaged/defective items).
We’ll provide a return address and instructions within 1–2 business days.
Note:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error.
During peak holiday seasons (November–December), returns must be postmarked by January 10 of the following year.
